This is the same seasoning blend that is used for the original bratwurst, but made with beef instead of pork. It is an old German recipe that is over 70 years old.
Our Bratwursts come 4 brats to a package for approximately a 1.3 lb. package.

Beef, Water, Salt, Sugar Nutmeg Caraway and a Blend of Seasonings. Stuffed in Natural Hog Casings.
