Cooking Instructions for Leroy Meats Products
Al Capone Roast
Stuffed with Italian sausage, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and black olives. Bake uncovered at 350° for 25-30 minutes per lb.
Asparagus Roll-Ups
Tenderized Sirloin Steak rolled with asparagus, provolone cheese and wrapped with bacon. Preheat oven to 300°. Season to taste. Bake covered for 30 minutes and then bake uncovered for an additional 30-40 minutes. Let simmer for 20 minutes in Hollandaise Sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos
Oven or Grill: Bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes. Then broil at 450° for 1-3 minutes or until bacon is cooked to your liking.
Air Fryer: Bake at 370° for 10-12 minutes.
Bacon Wrapped Mushrooms
Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes. Then broil at 450° for 1-3 minutes or until bacon is cooked to your liking.
Bacon Wrapped Scallops
Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Steak
Tenderized Steak rolled with cheddar, mushroom, and onions. Season to taste. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Beef Tenderloin w/ Provolone and Spinach
Preheat oven to 350°.
Med/Med Rare: Bake 20-30 minutes.
Med Med Well: Bake 30-40 minutes.
Turn halfway.
Beef Tenderloin Rollups
Rolled with cream cheese, bacon bits and chives. Bake at 350° for 20-35 minutes.
Brisket Burger
Smoked brisket ground with ground chuck and seasoned with our signature smokehouse seasoning.
Chicken (Split)
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Flip halfway through.
Chicken Thighs, Stuffed
Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes.
Chicken (Whole)
Preheat oven to 450° cook for 10-15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350° and roast for 20 minutes per pound to an internal temp of 170°.
Chicken Bombers
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Cover with BBQ sauce and turn. Bake an additional 20-40 minutes. Finish by broiling or grilling for 3 minutes, or until bacon is done to your liking.
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour uncovered to an internal temp of 170°.
Gyro Roast (3.5lbs.)
Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
Gyro Roast (Beef & Lamb)
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes per pound to an internal temp of 150°.
Jalapeno Cheddar Brat Boats
Oven: Preheat oven to 300°. Cook on wire rack, on baking sheet for 45-60 minutes until sausages are crispy and the cheese has melted into the jalapenos.
Smoker: Set your smoker or pellet grill to 300°. Smoke on a wire rack for 45-60 minutes.
Grill: Create a 2-zone setup with coals, having a cool side. If a wire rack does not fit, you’ll want to carefully place the filled sausages on the cool side of the grill until internal temp is 275-300°. Halfway through, rotate the sausages.
Pork Belly Bites
Oven: Bake at 250° for 2-3 hours, covered. Then 350° for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
Air Fryer: Cook at 400° for 17-20 minutes. Shake basket halfway through.
Pork Chops, Panko Breaded Boneless
Pan fry: Heat pan with 1 teaspoon of oil or butter. Fry chop on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side to an internal temp of 165°.
Bake: 350° for 30 minutes turning halfway through.
Pork Cordon Bleu
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a covered casserole dish with a little water in the bottom. Turn once halfway through cooking. Uncover for the last 10 minutes to brown up the bread crumbs.
Pork Florentine Roast
Stuffed with spinach, ham, red peppers, and provolone cheese. Cook uncovered in a tin foil pan at 300° for 30-35 minutes per lb. Turn halfway through.
Pork Roast (Seasoned)
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes per pound to an internal temp of 145°.
Prime Rib Burger, Stuffed w/ Mushroom, Onion and Mozzarella
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
Prime Rib Roast
(The beef council says rare beef means an internal temp of 140°. If you like moist, rosy meat, rare begins at 120° and starts to become medium rare at 125° to 130°. To cook meat properly you should use a good instate read digital thermometer. Reminder this is an estimate. All ovens do not cook the same.)
Preheat oven to 450°. Sear the roast for 15 minutes.
Turn oven to 325° and cook additional minutes, reference below.
3-4 lb. roast = 23-30 minutes per lb.
5-7 lb. roast = 18-20 minutes per lb.
8-10 lb. roast = 13-15 minutes per lb.
Cook until rib roast reaches an internal temp of 125°. Remove from oven and cover with aluminum foil and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Let the internal temp rise to your liking: 125°-130° for medium rare; 135° for medium; 140° for well done.
Prime Rib Roast, Rolled Chuck Mock
Roast or Grill at 450° for 15 minutes. Turn and reduce heat to 250°. Continue to cook for 4 hours for a 3lb. roast. Add 20 minutes for each additional pound.
Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Pork Pinwheel
Preheat oven 350°. Bake uncovered in a little water for 40-45 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
Steak Roll-ups
Tenderized Grill Steak, bread stuffing with mushrooms and onions. Oven: Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
Grill: Grill for 30 minutes (15 minutes on each side)
St. Louis Style Ribs
Oven: Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until desired tenderness.
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Stove Top: Cover with tomato juice or tomato soup. Cook at medium heat for 1 hour.
Oven: Cover with tomato juice or tomato soup. Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Bake at 350° for approximately 1 – 1 1/2 hours until the internal temp is 180°.
Stuffed Cornish Hen
Bake at 350° for 1 – 1 1/2 hours to an internal temp of 170°.
Stuffed Green Peppers
Stove Top: Cover with tomato juice or tomato soup. Cook at medium-high heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Oven: Cover with tomato juice or tomato soup. Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours.
Stuffed London Broil
Stuffing consists of mozzarella cheese, bacon, butter, mushrooms, onions. Grill or Bake uncovered in Tin Foil Pan 350° for 20-25 minutes per lb.
Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Stuffed Pork Chops
Stuffed with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to an internal temp of 165°.
Sweet Pepper Stuffed Taco Boat
Sweet peppers stuffed with cheese, salsa, pre-cooked taco meat, black olives, and onions.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Do not freeze.
Turkey Roast
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes per pound to an internal temp of 170°.
Twice Baked Potatoes
Thawed: Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Frozen: Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
