Larry Smith Sweet Buck-N-Bite Bratwurst

Inspired by Larry Smith from the Larry Smith Outdoors TV show, we created a sweet, yet cheesy bratwurst that has a little heat to it. Named for the "sweet" Outdoors Show  featuring hunting "buck" and fishing "bite". Everything rolled into one. It has honey bbq, for a little sweet, cayenne and pepper jack cheese for a little heat, and Wisconsin cheddar cheese for that cheesy bite! Try this brat today!

Our Bratwursts come 4 brats to a package for approximately a 1.3 lb. package.

Ingredients: Pork, Sugar, honey granules (refinery syrup and honey). Salt, spices, onion and garlic powder, monosodium glutamate, dried molasses (refinery syrup, cane mill molasses, cane caramel color), natural smoke flavor, spices extractives, Spices, Salt, Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto Color), Stuffed in collagen casings.
