Beef Brat

This is the same seasoning blend that is used for the original bratwurst. It is an old German recipe that is over 70 years old.

Our Bratwursts come 4 brats to a package for approximately a 1.3 lb. package.

Ingredients: Beef, Water, Salt, Sugar, White Pepper, Spices. Stuffed in hog casings.
