Beef Bacon Cheddar Bratwurst

This bratwurst is a beef-based product that is the same recipe as the bacon cheddar brat with a unique mixture that includes cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

Our Bratwursts come 4 brats to a package for approximately a 1.3 lb. package.

Ingredients: Beef, Bacon: Cured with Water, Salt, Sugar, Smoke Flavoring, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite. Cheese: Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes, Annatto Color. Salt, sugar and white pepper stuffed in hog casings.
