Stuffed with Italian sausage, cheddar & mozzarella cheese, and black olives.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes per pound. Do Not Cover.
Tenderized sirloin steak rolled with asparagus, provolone cheese and wrapped with bacon. Bake at 300 degrees covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30-40 more minutes. After baking it is recommended to simmer for 20 minutes covered in hollandaise sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Air Fryer at 375-400 for 10 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then under broiler to crisp bacon.
Grill or bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes flip once halfway through.
Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Steak
Tenderized steak rolled with cheddar, mushrooms and onions. Season to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook according to preference:
Medium-Medium Rare = 20-30 minutes.
Medium-Medium Well = 30-40 minutes.
Turn once halfway through.
Smoked brisket ground with ground chuck and seasoned with smokehouse seasoning.

Smoker: Set temp to 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes for internal temp of 275-300.

Oven: Preheat to 300 degrees and cook for 45-60 minutes for internal temp of 275-300. Place on rack on a baking sheet.
Thaw. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Do Not Cover.

3-4 lb = 23-30 minutes per lb.
4-6 lb = 18-20 minutes per lb.
8-10lb= 13-15 minutes per lb.
(This is an estimate. all ovens cook differently.)
Cook until rib roast reaches an internal temp of 125 degrees. Remove from oven. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Let the roast rise in temperature according to how you want your meat to be done:
125-130 degrees for medium rare
135 degrees for medium
140 degrees for well done.
The Beef council says rare beef means an internal temp of 140 degrees. If you like moist, rosy meat, rare begins at 120 degrees and starts to become medium rare at 125-130 degrees.
To cook meat properly you should always use a good instant read digital thermometer.
Roast or grill at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes, reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue and continue for 4 hours for a 3lb. roast. Add 20 minutes for each additional pound.
