Al Capone Roast

Stuffed with Italian sausage, cheddar & mozzarella cheese, and black olives.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes per pound. Do Not Cover.


Asparagus Roll-ups

Tenderized sirloin steak rolled with asparagus, provolone cheese and wrapped with bacon. Bake at 300 degrees covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30-40 more minutes. After baking it is recommended to simmer for 20 minutes covered in hollandaise sauce.


Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. 
Air Fryer at 375-400 for 10 minutes.


Bacon Wrapped Mushrooms

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Then under broiler to crisp bacon.


Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Grill or bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes flip once halfway through. 


Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Steak

Tenderized steak rolled with cheddar, mushrooms and onions. Season to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


Beef Tenderloin Stuffed with Provolone and Spinach

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook according to preference:
Medium-Medium Rare = 20-30 minutes.
Medium-Medium Well = 30-40 minutes.
Turn once halfway through.


Brisket Burger

Smoked brisket ground with ground chuck and seasoned with smokehouse seasoning. 


Beef Tenderloin Rollups

Cream cheese, bacon bits & chives. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes.


Breaded Boneless Pork Chops

Tenderized Bake at 350 degrees, turning halfway through.
-OR-
Pan Fry on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes per side to an internal temp of 165 degrees.


Chicken Bombers

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes and BBQ. Turn over after 45 minutes and BBQ other side. Bake for additional 20-40 minutes. Until the internal chicken temperature reaches 160 degrees. If you prefer the bacon to be crispier, broil or grill for 3 minutes until bacon is done to your liking.


Chicken Breasts, Stuffed

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1-1/2 hours to an internal temp of 180 degrees.


Chicken Cordon Bleu

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1- 1 1/2 hours to an internal temp of 170 degrees.


Chicken, Whole

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Roast for 20 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 170 degrees.


Gyro Roast, Beef & Lamb

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes per pound. Minimum internal temp of 150 degrees.


Gyro Roast (3.5lbs)

Cook at 325 degrees for 2 hours. 


Jalapeno Cheddar Brat Boats

Smoker: Set temp to 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes for internal temp of 275-300.

Grill: Place on cool side of grill and heat for an internal temp of 275-300 flipping halfway through to get an even cook.

Oven: Preheat to 300 degrees and cook for 45-60 minutes for internal temp of 275-300. Place on rack on a baking sheet.


Mahi Mahi

Thaw. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Do Not Cover.


Meatloaf

Bake at 375 for  about 1 hour or internal temp is 160 degrees.


Panko Chops

Pan fry on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.  


Pork Cordon Bleu

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 45-60mins in a covered casserole dish with a little water in the bottom. Turn once halfway through cooking. Uncover fo the last 10 minutes to brown up the bread crumbs.


Pork Roast, Seasoned

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 25 minutes per pound. Minimum internal temp of 145 degrees.


Pork Florentine Roast

Stuffed with spinach, ham, red peppers, and provolone cheese. Cook in a tin foil pan at 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes per pound. Turn half-way through. Do Not Cover.


Potato Crusted Cod

Thaw. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Do Not Cover.


Prime Rib Roast

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. sear the roast for 15 minutes. Then turn oven down to 325 degrees.
3-4 lb = 23-30 minutes per lb.
4-6 lb = 18-20 minutes per lb.
8-10lb= 13-15 minutes per lb.
(This is an estimate. all ovens cook differently.)

Cook until rib roast reaches an internal temp of 125 degrees. Remove from oven. Cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Let the roast rise in temperature according to how you want your meat to be done:
125-130 degrees for medium rare
135 degrees for medium
140 degrees for well done.

The Beef council says rare beef means an internal temp of 140 degrees. If you like moist, rosy meat, rare begins at 120 degrees and starts to become medium rare at 125-130 degrees.

To cook meat properly you should always use a good instant read digital thermometer.


Rolled Chuck Mock Prime Rib Roast

Roast or grill at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes, reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue and continue for 4 hours for a 3lb. roast. Add 20 minutes for each additional pound. 


Split Chickens

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.


Steak Roll-ups

Tenderized grill steak, bread stuffing with mushrooms and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or on the grill for 30 minutes. (15 minutes per side)


Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

STOVE TOP: Cover with tomato juice or soup.
Cook on medium for 1 hour.

OVEN: Cover with tomato juice or soup.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.


Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1-1 1/2 hours to internal temperature of 180 degrees.


Stuffed Chicken Thighs

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.


Stuffed Cornish Hens

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Minimum internal temperature of 170 degrees.


Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Then put them under broiler to crisp bacon.


Stuffed London Broil

Stuffing Consists of mozzarella cheese,
bacon, butter, mushrooms, and onion.
Grill or Bake in tin foil pan at 350 degrees
for 20-25 minutes per pound. Do Not Cover.


Stuffed Green Peppers

STOVE TOP: Cover with tomato juice or soup. Cook on medium to high heat for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

OVEN: Cover with tomato juice or soup. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.


Stuffed Pork Chops

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.


Stuffed Pork Chops, Spinach Artichoke

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Do Not Cover.
May also be pan fried.


Stuffed Pork Pinwheel, Spinach Artichoke

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered in a little water for 40-45 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking. May also pan fry.


Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.


Sweet Pepper Stuffed Taco Boat

Cheese, salsa, pre-cooked taco meat, black olives, onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Do not freeze. 


Stuffed Prime Rib Burgers (mushroom, onion, and mozzarella)

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.


Turkey Roast

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes per pound.
Minimum internal temperature of 170 degrees.


Twice Baked Potatoes

THAWED: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROZEN: Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.


Whole Chicken

Preheat oven to 450 degrees for 10-15 mins. Reduce temperature to 350. Roast for 20 mins per pound for internal temperature of 170.
